On the positive side I am happy with the results of a more careful feeding regime. Over the last 8 months I have now lost 6% body fat and down 23 lbs to a trim 159 lbs. Should not have any trouble climbing into my vacation clothes this time round. I don,t want to lose anymore so treat myself occasionally, taking in a few extra calories. Still hitting the weights 6 days a week, but not building up much muscle mass. Think I may be a little low on protein intake.
Spent this morning at my friend Anne's garden clearing leaves and mowing the grass. It is surprising the grass is still growing with the low temperatures and so little sunshine. Today the temperature topped out at
only 9C.
